This coaching is next level! He met me where I was in my fitness journey and we went from there. I had been nursing a shoulder injury for years and was not able to truly work through the problem. After going to the Dr, physical therapy, and the annoying diagnosis of shoulder impingement, Mitch was able to help me see pass that diagnosis and focus on what he saw the issue was. Long story short I am now pain free and getting stronger then ever! It’s all about finding the root cause and attention to detail and Mitchell nailed it. #grateful.
